Reservation Terms for Riviera Santa Monica (Pre-Launch)

1. Each queue can purchase an unlimited number of units within a 30-minute but a maximum of 2 units can be purchased under one name.

2. A processing fee of THB 20,000 will be charged for changing the assignment agreement contract per time.

3.The project reserves the right to resale and transfer of reservation rights.
4. The project reserves the right to change the company name for receiving commissions (it must be the same company as on the reservation date).

5. Queue registration will begin on December 13, 2024, from 9:30 AM onwards. Booking will be open from 12:00 PM (noon) until 12:00 AM (midnight).
