DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

Two-month security deposit is required prior to arrival date. It will be refunded to the guest upon check-out date in case of no damage, missing items, or unpaid bills. One-month rental fee is required prior to arrival date. Rental fee will be paid on every 25th of the month. Outstanding rental balance within 10 days from due payment date is courteously acceptable with no penalty charge; after that, late payment will be fined Baht 1,000 per day but not exceeding 15 days. In case of 15 days overdue from payment date, the reservation will be cancelled. Payment is available by transferring to the hotel's bank account as below or pay by cash or credit card at the lobby area.
